Extreme Car Fever: Car Stunts is an arcade racing game based on stunt driving and car racing. The objective of the game is to go as far as possible without hitting a pipe or crashing into a building. You can play the game in either single player or multiplayer modes. The gameplay is very simple, you need to drive as far as possible, and the way to go about doing this is by avoiding crashing into buildings and other obstacles. If you do hit an obstacle, you will lose a life, and if you lose all your lives, you will not be able to continue playing. The game will keep you on the edge of your seat and on the adrenaline rush. The multiplayer mode is similar to the single player mode, but the difference is that you can play with friends or enemies.

The game has an arcade feel to it, and the graphics are very simple and easy to understand.
